SNOWSKIN MOONCAKE

Refrigerate at 2–4°C upon receipt, best within 3 days.

Freeze at -18°C for up to 14 days. Do not remove from packaging before freezing — freeze with original packaging intact to prevent odour transfer.

Keep away from strong-smelling foods.

SHANGHAI PASTRY MOONCAKE

Best within 24 hrs of baking. If not finished, refrigerate at 2–4°C for up to 3 days, or freeze at -18°C for up to 14 days. Maintain cold chain at all times.

HEAT UP INSTRUCTIONS

Oven: preheat 180°C, bake 8–10 mins. Air fryer: 160°C, 6–8 mins. If baking from frozen, lower to 160°C and extend to 15–18 mins to ensure the centre is fully cooked.

The heating times and temperatures above are for reference only — please adjust according to your own equipment.

Do not use microwave.
